  • Users can easily sign up and log in to access the platform.
  • A variety of subscription plans are available. Users must select a plan to proceed with further actions.
  • The billing page provides users with a view of their monthly invoices and allows them to make payments seamlessly.
  • Users can create and manage their businesses directly on the platform.
  • View and manage orders received from the LocoShop customer website. New and customer-verified orders are displayed in the Ongoing order page, and users can update statuses from New to Customer Verified and then to Shipped.
  • Track and update orders that are Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled and Refunded. Users can update statuses as needed for completed orders.
  • User can access detailed information for specific orders, with options to download or print invoices.
  • Users can create, view, update, and delete sections, categories, and products with ease.
  • Use the catalog import feature to upload Excel files, creating sections, categories, and products in one go. Export catalogs to transfer product data across businesses.
  • Users can set sales tax on products, which will be calculated automatically when orders are placed.
  • Modify the LocoShop customer website’s homepage carousel images or static images based on the selected plan. Users can also manage sections for latest, trending, and popular products displayed on the landing page.

  • To update the Branding of the business, User can visit the Preference menu and update the necessary changes.
  • SSL payment gateway is implemented. Users need to configure SSL settings by adding their Store ID and Password for safe transactions.
  • Set delivery districts and rates that will display on the LocoShop checkout page, where customers can select a delivery area to complete their orders.
  • The customer-facing LocoShop website includes a landing page, category-specific product pages, a product details page, a cart page, checkout, and an About Us page for easy navigation and purchasing.
  • Users can sync LocoShop with RetailGo from the RetailGo Portal. This enables catalog and store location synchronization, ensuring any catalog updates reflect on LocoShop, and any new LocoShop orders appear on the RetailGo Sales Summary page.
